Advice Partners Financial Planners, General Insurance and Authorised AMP Financial Planning Agents. As agents for AMP we have access to AMP’s online database for financial planning and insurance applications. AMP recently upgraded the software for it’s online database from ACT to a new “COIN Financial Planning System”. A Client’s application documentation needs to be scanned into electronic format and uploaded to the new COIN database. This requires high quality colour scanning of original documents.


By utilising the COMPACT PDF file format on our Konica Minolta Bizhub range of colour copier/scanners the scanned files sizes were dramatically reduced from 5MB to 500 KB. On average a tenfold decrease in file size and well within the requirements of the new system.


Insurance applications were able to be processed in a timely and efficient manner greatly reducing frustration for our staff and delivering a professional and fast response time for our clients.
